With over 25 years of experience, Chef Aricia Alvarado brings a bold, globally inspired style to the table—where every dish is layered with flavor, texture, and creative magic.Shaped by her Nicaraguan roots, her cooking draws from Latin, Asian, Italian, and Spanish influences to create vibrant, seasonal menus that are both comforting and unexpected.

Guided by early memories in the kitchen with his mother and grandmother, Chef Hugo Molina cooks with heart, heritage, and a deep respect for bold, global flavors - resulting in dishes that are both refined and soulful.Hugo has been recognized by the James Beard Foundation, named one of America’s Top 100 Chefs, and honored as Chef of the Year by the Restaurant Association of Southern California.
